Returns & exchanges
You may withdraw from a standard product purchase within 14 days of receipt. Email desire@desire.ee and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
You pay direct return costs. Please try clothing carefully and retain its labels; you are responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.
We refund your payment, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of your notice. We may wait for the goods or proof of return. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
The ordinary withdrawal right does not apply to pieces made to your measurements or personal specifications. Contact us to discuss exchanges or alterations.
